📝 Conference Guidelines

1. Registration Guidelines

  • All participants must register online through the official conference website.
  • Registration includes access to all sessions, materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and a certificate.
  • Onsite registration is available, but early online registration is recommended.

2. Speaker Guidelines

  • Keynote, invited, and oral speakers will receive presentation details via email.
  • Presentations must be submitted in PPT or PDF format at least 2 weeks prior.
  • Oral presentation duration: 15–20 minutes + Q&A.
  • Poster presenters must bring A0 portrait posters and set them up 1 hour before the session.

3. Abstract & Paper Submission

  • Abstract submission deadline: September 25, 2026.
  • Word limit: 250–300 words, written in English.
  • Accepted papers will be published in Conference Proceedings with ISBN.
  • Selected papers may be recommended to partner journals.

4. Attendance & Certificates

  • Participants must attend 75% of sessions for a participation certificate.
  • Speakers will receive a certificate of recognition.
  • Digital certificates are available for virtual attendees.

5. Visa & Travel Support

  • Delegates are responsible for arranging their own visas.
  • An official invitation letter will be issued post-registration upon request.
  • Travel and accommodation information will be available on the website.

6. Code of Conduct

  • All participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
  • Harassment or discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • The committee may revoke participation for any misconduct.
